ORAL COMMUNICATION
Participants who would like to present their work as an oral communication are invited to submit an abstract by 15 February 2017. For a poster presentation, the deadline is extended to 15 April 2017.
The submission must be done via the ‘Submit an abstract’ tool available in the ‘Call for Abstracts’ menu on this website. The preference for oral or poster presentation is asked to the applicant during the submission process. As well, the choice of one and only one topic per abstract is asked (please select only ONE topic). Please note that your registration is required to submit abstracts, but payment is not mandatory at this stage.

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Organizing Committee for their acceptance, and notification of acceptance, either as oral or poster presentation, will be emailed within one month after the submission deadline. Of note is that full payment of the registration fee is required for accepted summaries to be published in the book of abstracts of the Symposium.
POSTER GUIDELINES
Poster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be notified to the presenting author, along with the day and session of presentation.
Best poster prize : on each day of the conference, one poster will be selected for the Best Poster Prize. The prize recognises high quality research presented in poster format.
